I use essential oils particularly Lavender and Cedarwood on wrists, throat and earlobes ehen I go to bed and am so fortunate that I very rarely need to get up in the night.

) & wait just an extra 5 mins, or 10 mins if you get my drift. Our bodies often make us believe we need to go (little & often) which tricks the bladder into thinking it needs emptying, & then its just a trickle. Doing this during the day, & over a period of some weeks might just help the night-time trips to the loo too, as your bladder muscles become stronger. I know this from experience & had some time with a urologist & pelvic physio a few years ago.
