What did you hate as a child but love now as an adult.

I hated dull boring Garden Centres but love them now, admittedly they sell such a variety of things now.

I hated it when my mum listened to Mantovani, I now put it on Alexa and relax to the soothing music. ?

Country and western music, although to be fair Mum used to play Jim Reeves constantly, I prefer the more modern type, ie. Keith Urban swoooon.......

In my early teens I was dragged on holiday to the Lake District in a tent. It rained pretty much non-stop and I hated every minute of it. Now I really love the area, spending a week there at least twice a year, but in much better accommodation!

Oh I’m with you oopsadaisy I was brought up on Country (and western) music. It grated on me because I was a “cool kid” who loved Queen etc. I was dragged along to concerts to see people like Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristofferson , Willie Nelson etc. (Looking back how lucky was I? ) These days I love country music. Darius Rucker, zac Brown, Toby Keith, Brad Paisley etc. In fact we go to C2C (Glasgow) every year !

Dad used to get me up on a Sunday morning by playing Boxcar Willie really loud. I hated Country and Western but now some of it has grown on me. I also hated Elvis but now love his music.

I hated mushrooms, cabbage, sprouts and broad beans. Now I can't get enough of them. Although I still hate offal.

I hated apple crumble, but it's one of my favourite puddings now. Could be something to do with my mother's cooking skills

I hates roast dinners, stews and cheese. I must have been mad. Now I love all three. I hated the news on radio and TV and now I love to know what's going on.

I hated being dragged to an open garden on a Sunday afternoon. I used to stay in the car with my transistor radio listening to the music charts, think it was Alan Freeman, 'poppickers'. Now I would enjoy looking around different gardens.

I hated stinky cheeeses and clotted cream, love them now.
