Do you enjoy going to bed? Having a nice early night?
I have never liked it, and tend to put it off till the last minute, finding silly things to do to put off the moment. I blame my mum!
My friend only likes early nights on non work days, so that she doesn't feel that she 'has' to go.

I go to bed between 10:30 and 11:00. I never settle down for sleep then though. I'm usually still awake after midnight either reading or Gransnetting or doing sudoku or word games.
When I was young my Mother would go to bed, and seeing my light on would say, "Hilda put the book away and go to sleep". I've always been a night owl.

I am usually in bed well before my DH. I don't watch TV, he does, so I take my laptop to bed and watch English TV on Youtube, or a DVD. Sometimes I might read or listen to one of the numerous podcasts I have downloaded from the BBC, whilst doing Sudoku or solitaire card games on the tablet.

It's not very comfortable, though - I certainly sleep much on the settee. But I have to put the clock from the lounge into the kitchen because the ticking drives me mad!

we tend to sit until 2am or later chatting and listening to music. Now that we're semi retired we can lie in most days well except for the three where GD needs driven the 15 miles to school when its 8.30 out of the door so I'm up at half seven and OH falls out of bed at 8'15 washes his hair and has breakfast in the 15 minutes before he has to go....now sometimes we do go back to bed if theres nothing much happening ,but usually a cuddle and a chat not to sleep

I love going to bed, the earlier the better. I read, look at the iPad or watch television. Television in the bedroom is frowned on by many, but I think it’s heaven. Lights out between ten and eleven, wake around 5.30 (or earlier if I’m unlucky), up by 7-ish. I’m a creature of habit now, and hate any disruption to my routine.

I believe in "why run when you could walk?, why walk when you could stand still?, why stand when you could sit down?, why sit when you could lie down?????"

Having said that I do realise that there are quite a lot of folk, especially old folk, who don't have a choice. So I force myself to be more energetic than my lazy self might like.

Love my bed and I don’t have any problem sleeping, most of the time go to bed around 10 and sleep hits me as soon as my hit the pillow until around 8 or even later.

I love our bed. Usually go to bed any time between 10 and 11, read for a while, or am on my Ipad, which is not good for me. When DH was working, and often away for a few days at a time, I hated going to bed alone and would stay up until all hours, finding things to keep me up. But not now.
