Good Morning Christmas Eve

Good Morning everyone!

We are up, having a cuppa then setting off to tackle the M25 which we hope will not be too busy at this time of day (vain hope probably!).

Had a lovely time at DD's yesterday and today we are going to DS's until Boxing Day. It will be equally lovely there. I am taking the requested 3 dozen mince pies but I am a bit disappointed with Jamie's sweet crust pastry recipe - shan't use that again!

I hope all GNs have a good day whatever they are doing and wherever they are going - safe journeys and Happy Christmas everyone! sunshine

Morning gaga, morning all.

It's not cold in North Leicestershire but still too dark to say more at the moment.

I just have to sort out what I need out of the freezer and change the bed that Dh decamps to.

Good luck on your journey gaga and gave a good time.

Good morning Gagagran and All to follow.

We went on to M25 yesterday and travelling anti clockwise to Sussex was better than we thought. Hope your journey is as good Gaga.

GSs waking up so soon they will come chasing into the bedroom and a full on day will start. ?

Happy Xmas Eve Folks.

Good morning everyone.

Safe travelling and enjoy the festivities. There's nothing quite like a mince pie ?

Morning All

It's a clearing sky here in Norfolk so fingers crossed for a nice day. Just the two of us today so a restful day with maybe a stroll before lunch.

Morning All. Bit of a grey start to Christmas Eve weather wise. Never mind. Lots of phone calls to make today to friends and family. Feet up while I do it with more than one mince pie. tchsmile. Wishing safe travels to those on the move and a good Christmas to everyone.

Good morning everyone. Wet and wild here in Glasgow.
Busy day getting organised for our visitors tomorrow.
Preparing myself for arrival of DD this morning. She tried to make our Christmas dessert yesterday at her own place and it was a disastersad. As she is determined to impress everyone tomorrow, she has decided she will try it again here this morning. I will need a team of cleaners after she is finished. grin
Have a safe journey all those who are travelling to see loved ones.

Good morning everyone,
Hadn't seen this thread so started a good morning on the GN cafe, so I won't repeat all I've said, except to wish you all a very happy Christmas. ?

Good morning from a grey skied Colchester although there is a hint of brightness peeking through.
As we are just 3 for Christmas here all is ready. So we are walking to a nearby village pub for drinks with friends this afternoon followed by a takeaway....sheer indulgence tchwink

Good morning, folks. I am very late this morning having had the luxury of a long sleep. To all GNs, a very happy Christmas and to those travelling, be safe!

Good morning one and all.

tee I had the coughing virus it lasted nearly 5 weeks and pretty unpleasant it was, so you have my sympathy.

So mild here on South Downs, blue sky beginning and no wind.

Make the stuffing for the turkey and deliver staid bird duly stuffed to daughters in preparation for tomorrow.

Finish wrapping presents.

Out for a jolly this evening

Enjoy your day!

Fabulous day in N Norfolk.
I finished work on Friday at 7 and have had one day to organise so now I can chill.
Think we’ll go for a walk later.
I’m cooking tomorrow so am waiting for DD to let us know what time they’ll be here!
Yes I know?!
Have a fabulous Christmas and take care on the roads.?
