Many years ago I was working as a dentist's receptionist. Mrs Jones phoned to say she needed new dentures, I was a bit perplexed as I knew she had a new set quite recently.
I asked her why she needed a new set, she said the others had melted .
After a bit more questioning, she told me "I finished me tea, took me teeth out and gave them to the dog to lick, and he licked them into the fire"
I once worked with someone who had 2 dogs. When she walked in the house, at the end of a working day, she used to immediately take her shoes and socks off and sit down with her legs outstretched. The 2 dogs would run to her and start licking her bare sweaty feet. I only witnessed it once and it made me feel so sick, I had to make my excuses and leave. makes me feel queasy thinking about it now
I've just watched an EastEnders repeat and Ben took a carton of milk from the fridge, had a swig from it then replaced it, presumably complete with a good helping of germs! Yuk, yuk. What makes your stomach turn?
