I now have an Alexa type app on my telephone and that means - apart from asking it useful questions like "When is the next train?" - I'm having fun with my grandson asking it to tell me jokes or give me a riddle.

So further to a previous thread on Alexa, I wondered about all the jokes these apps can generate to keep us amused on Gransnet. So join in if you wish, whether you have an Alexa or not.

Today it/she came up with the following riddle:
