It seems a bit of a mxed day for everyone. It sounds as if your niece is keeping you busy kitty, isn't it hard when family are hurt? Pleased she has you to talk to, sometimes a parent is just the wrong person.
Your day sounds just right nonna. We should get one of those after the weekend, simple things but such a treat. You don't let the grass grow n&g, really pleased to hear you are progressing with your new home and a visit to the family to look forward to, with Christmas lights too, wonderful. I was tempted again yesterday, bought some more Christmas lights for the front of our home, I can't resist them, white and tasteful you understand but there could soon be more light than home.
It's been an odd sort of a day here. I decided foggy head or not I couldn't put off thinking tasks any longer. I've got there now but its taken all day, not because of the size of the tasks but the flipping interruptions. In fairness several were welcome but then there was a very long phone call from someone who wishes to challenge an organisation I am involved with. No problem with the challenging but there's no need for rudeness and aggression. It left me a bit wobbly, although I know I managed the call well at the time. Oh well, teatime soon, a nice chocolatey pudding will sort me.
I've also been thinking about maw, annie and ann today, all with hills to climb.
Right, the quicker I sort our meal the quicker I will get to pudding.
Take care everyone.
