Well, the sale went through and we now own this new bar,
Isn’t it wonderful?
So clean and shiny ( that won’t last!)
Come on in, have a drink and tell the tale of what you have been up to.
All the old staff are here, in the cellar checking the stock, but will be up here shortly to take your orders.???

As for jCrafting*..... she's beyond redemption now grin

Chewbacca Tue 27-Feb-18 19:56:58

What wonderful news soop, I'm so pleased for you and your family x. Many congratulations to you all. x

Menopaws Tue 27-Feb-18 19:25:54

Massive congratulations Soop how wonderful, we will take good care of crafting I assure you x

Good afternoon dear Argy Bargiers. I've some good news to share with you. Our second great grandchild was born today. Thrilled to bits and wanting to bore the pants off anyone willing to listen. Boy, oh boy! Can I be a bore!

Apart from that, I've booked Crafting into re-hab. One-to-one specialised treatment to cure her of the chaotic flashbacks at the hands of you lot. I've sat her down with a nice cup of tea but she refuses to touch a drop. Says she wants more of that stuff that starts with a "P". It's going to take a lot of time and patience to restore her to the sane and sensible person who left this kitchen for a night at the Caff.

You were awesome Crafting! Absolutely amazing dexterity. I never knew that you could do all those things with a length of tube and a bandage! needed brain bleach afterwards.

Crafting Mon 26-Feb-18 22:45:42

Crumbs I must have been well away. I don't remember that one at all ?

lemongrove Mon 26-Feb-18 21:16:26

We will have a karaoke night in a couple of weeks for all our regulars and Soops lot, so start gargling now and conserving those voices!?

lemongrove Mon 26-Feb-18 21:14:00

Ooh, Grampy looks good for his age ( what I can see of him.)
Did Big Jim say you could post that pic of him Chewy ?
Looking good isn’t he??

NanaandGrampy Mon 26-Feb-18 20:49:41

Lol ! Chewy !! I’ll have to untie him soon, I need to hoover round him!

Chewbacca Mon 26-Feb-18 20:22:09

It could have been worse Crafting. I could have posted the photo of you on the stage with your "personal attraction". I can be very clumsy sometimes! grin

Crafting Mon 26-Feb-18 20:00:47

chewy thanks to you the kitcheners now know what I've been up to blush
See Nanna's got Grampy into bondage again....at their age, really?

Crafting Mon 26-Feb-18 19:55:10

Just popping my head round the door to make sure you are all ok. No one posted yesterday and I was worried you'd all been so shocked at my behaviour you were all having a lie down with the Chippendales no doubt
Glad to see you are all up and about.
lemon re those 'tights' of yours...I think you should have taken the fish out of them before you started wearing them. Even by Argy standards they pong a bit ??
I thought that poteen tasted a bit mousey. Now I know why ? grin

Chewbacca Mon 26-Feb-18 19:40:19

I've just made a complete wazzock of myself by posting this picture of Grampy, with the caption that it was time for Nana to let him go because he's been tied up for 3 days. Only trouble is I posted it in Soops kitchen blush I have not touched a drop all day

NanaandGrampy Mon 26-Feb-18 19:17:33

Grampy can’t say much at the moment . He’s a bit tied up !!

Menopaws Mon 26-Feb-18 18:27:22

Martin the mouse. Slippery little bugger, I knew he had slipped out when I wasn't looking. Thank you Lemon and Big Jim for all cleaning, loving the tights x

lemongrove Mon 26-Feb-18 17:42:01

Hi there fellow Argies, hope the party night didn’t affect you all too badly ( I found a dead mouse in the vat of poteen)
Don’t suppose it harmed anyone though ( other than the mouse, but at least he died happy.)?
I have been ‘on the wagon’ since then, but am recovered now and back on the brandy.
I have spent the day cleaning in here, by gum it was revolting!Anyway all clean and warm here as I also got Big Jim to do a bit of pipe tapping with the heating, and it’s working well, nice and toasty this cold weather.
In fact, am wearing two pairs of fish net tights today a fleece
And a woolly hat.

Marydoll Sat 24-Feb-18 22:20:30

I'm very creative.?

Menopaws Sat 24-Feb-18 22:14:01

How does Mary play that when she starts with so little on? Be a short game.

lemongrove Sat 24-Feb-18 21:53:00

Yes, The Argy has a strange effect on whoever crosses it’s threshold! ?????? kind of trancelike isn’t it?
Nice to see some of you kitcheners still here, we have seen the real you now though ( all those pearls and recipes and knitting patterns have been left behind.)Haha, you are one of us now.

Right, a pint of Jack Daniels please, and I shall sit in this rather sticky chair for a while and wait for all the regulars,
Anyone want a game of strip poker?

Marydoll Sat 24-Feb-18 21:27:34

Well I have to say, I'm absolutely shocked Crafting. The Poteen does strange things to those who are not used to it.?As for Nanny , words fail me.?

Crafting Sat 24-Feb-18 21:18:16

hmm not the first time she's borrowed it without asking. I might just have to pop back to the kitchen to ask her. Just slip into my twinset and pearls pick up my knitting and my cuddly pussy ? and go back to my other self.
See you at the next party everyone. Tell Barry I hope he recovers soon but I did warn him swinging from the chandelier in a lycra posing pouch might not be a good idea at his age grin

Menopaws Sat 24-Feb-18 21:16:13

Poor Grampy! You Kitcheners have surprised us all but you are oh so welcome, looking forward to the next Argy/kitchen get together. There is no such thing as alcohol free poteen btw not if I have anything to do with it

Chewbacca Sat 24-Feb-18 20:41:47

Whip??? Good heavens Crafting you are a dark horse aren't you? grin Nana might have your whip. She said something about taking it home and teaching Grampy a thing or two.

Crafting Sat 24-Feb-18 20:20:20

I would have thought the potion would have worn off by now. By the way you haven't found my whip down in the cellar have you. I seem to have mislaid it somewhere?

Chewbacca Sat 24-Feb-18 20:02:47

Yes. And the studded collar. hmm When we found him this afternoon he was muttering something about you being his mistress and him being your faithful servant. sounds murky
