Where to buy jackets from?

I always find a nice jacket to wear by accident, as I come across one, but where to find reliably good ones,both expensive and inexpensive? Do you have any recommendations?

I now have lots of ideas thanks, although I do prefer to try things on, which rules out online purchases.
