Less flippantly - little acts of kindness, acceptance of each other as we are, a good six second kiss every day (heard about that one quite recently and have been practising - though sometimes reach the seconds count in instalments ), never going to sleep in anger, being honest, knowing when to sometimes stay silent, shared laughter.

Being best friends, having time apart for hobbies and sharing humour.
