To my lovely Aunt Ann, I'm glad you have had a wonderful day and have other days coming up to look forward to too.

I'm glad you love the card and present, heart ruby earrings seemed perfect for you, sending love and from Ruby but also our birth stones. I hope you enjoy wearing them, although you are beautiful without adornments and certainly do not look your age today. Please check your birth certificate, I think you've got it wrong somewhere. Roy is a very lucky man, remind him regularly. ?

I wish I could have seen you today but we will go for our lunch out when I am better, in the orangery, serenaded by the pianist. I'm looking forward to it.
