Could I just ask if these Converse type shoes make their feet pong like the plimsolls/daps used to do? I have no experience of young boys wearing these. Can I just say though from a practical point of view polo shirts are easier for young children when it comes to getting them dressed again after PE - unlike when there were about 15 ties to do up after each lesson - plus a similar number of girls needing help with getting tights back on!!! Happy days and a Happy New Year to you and yours.

Sounds likely doesn't it!

Considering this has been happening for years, I really think the teacher should rethink their lesson plans or add 'and don't you go bothering those poor old people on Gransnet - they get confused!'

Usually, the thread's been taken down by now but I suspect no one CBA reporting it this time!

Maybe there is some connection with that online textbook about social media that had a link to an actual Gransnet thread - the thread then received an avalanche of posts from students trying out their new-found skills, rather like poking sticks at caged animals.

This thread is as annoying as the one on FB which asks you to post from all over the globe so that primary school children can see how fast messages travel.
