Good morning Mick, morning all.

It's cold and frosty in North Leicestershire.

I've been awake since 3.30 and could do with going back to sleep but it's our cleaner's morning, I am taking DGD3 to Sainsbury's and I have 2 cake sales to bake for. shock

Enjoy your days everyone and keep warm.

Good morning Mick Kitty and All.

Still dark and cold in Thames Valley.

Hope you won't be too tired for your busy day Kitty. Do you think the gin with your toast and marmalade yesterday affected your sleep ? grin

Off for lunch with an old friend today.

Morning All

Got back two days ago from our adventure to Bhutan and India and am starting to feel human again although I did still wake at four this morning, I still have a nasty cough (nothing to do with the pollution of course) and I know I'm not thinking straight yet. Today's amibition is to finish the ironing and then spend the afternoon browsing GN and catching up with the Archers. (If I don't fall asleep)

Christmas is coming folks grin

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. Looks like we might have another bright day in prospect in South Yorkshire. Good start anyway. I have been awake since silly o'clock with a pain in my big toe. What does gout feel like? If it's not one darn thing it's another. Well, onward and upward! Have a good day folks.

Morning All from a cold and frosty corner of Somerset. Looks like a blue sky once the mist clears. Sounds as if it was a difficult night for many. It was after 4am before I managed sleep. Awake again at 7.30 as we are off out this morning for some breakfast and would you believe a walk on the beach. Might wear two coats! Hope the germs, aches and pains settle and Thursday is kind to you.

Good morning all and welcome back NfkDumpling You must have some wonderful memories (and pictures) of your trip!
I don't envy those of you who are having to function on a very few hours sleep - up twice to let Gracie into the garden (I daren't call her bluff even if she is only reacting to a passing pussy cat) is a broken night in my book and deserves a second brew in bed looking out at a frosty garden.
Looking and feeling very wintry, I suppose it's all downhill to Christmas from now on, so mind how you go!

Good morning all.
Its cloudy but dry in my bit of Northumberland. Today I think I'd better try and finish off the laundry. We are awaiting the decorator to come and paper the dining room. We're both useless at papering!
Have a good day everyone.

Good morning everyone. Beautiful, crisp day here and the garden is sparkling with frost. Am minus a very poorly former wisdom tooth after my visit to the dentist yesterday.
Enjoy your day, everyone!

Good morning from a cold, misty Colchester, but the sun is trying to peep through. Waiting for deliveries this morning, so ironing it is then.

Good morning. Misty here in Lancashire, not a day for being out and about.
DGS is poorly again, another trip to the doctors this morning, l will go to give DD my support. Visiting Mum today too.
Have a good day everyone.

PRINTMISS Thu 01-Dec-16 09:10:20

Good morning to you all on this bright cold first day of December 2016, my accident has meant that I am totally unprepared for Christmas, but who cares, the sun is shining, and I am getting better by the day. Have at least managed to get the Christmas donations out of the way, hope they help someone somewhere to have a little comfort at this time of year. Enjoy your days.

Good morning all.
The bad night syndrome is doing the rounds, it was 9am when I woke after a really bad night and I am still in bed drinking tea. Fortunately I can take it easy today unlike some. Being old is a good excuse.

Good morning, it is a lovely morning and well above freezing.
I need to start writing cards and get them off to destinations abroad.

Oldgreymare Thu 01-Dec-16 10:00:44

Morning All,
Barometer reads fair again so heavy frost and icy blue sky.
Lots of bitty jobs lined up for today but will have to de-ice the car first.
