Tell me something you can never find when you need it

With me it's my phone and purse

tanith Tue 15-Nov-16 16:06:59

My cheque book, because I use it so rarely nowadays.

If I told you that in my younger days most of my male friends were built like this, would you say I'm still dreaming.

Im 68 now, so those days have gone.

Yes, David is a bit of alright.......but what about Goliath?! grin

BlueBelle Tue 15-Nov-16 16:42:14

Keys and remote control

rosesarered Tue 15-Nov-16 16:42:19

My car keys, they migrate from place to place.

Ana Tue 15-Nov-16 16:43:09

Not very well-endowed though, is he?

BlueBelle Tue 15-Nov-16 16:44:06

rosesarered Tue 15-Nov-16 16:44:10

rosesarered Tue 15-Nov-16 16:44:40

Lost beauty?

Greyduster Tue 15-Nov-16 16:44:43

My self confidence when faced with something outside my comfort zone!

Bought daughter`s Christmas present last year, a few weeks early, came to wrapping up time, could I find it? After ransacking the house, ordered another, it came just in time, just after new year, the lost one turned up!

Im68Now Tue 15-Nov-16 16:49:38

You going from memory Ana smile

Ana Tue 15-Nov-16 16:51:15

Well, I'm pretty sure I've never seen one that small on a fully-grown man!

whitewave Tue 15-Nov-16 16:54:41

ana shock I thought quality is what counts?

Ana Tue 15-Nov-16 16:56:26

Did a man tell you that, whitewave? grin

rosesarered Tue 15-Nov-16 16:56:33

Only combined with quantity!
There must be some 'decency' law pertaining to sculptures, because the males have tiny genitalia and females have tiny boobs.

rosesarered Tue 15-Nov-16 16:57:40

yogagran your thread has been hijacked by art lovers! [ grin]

When iwas younger (much) my motto was don't panic !
Now I panic about most things
So I think I've lost my positive button.

On a daily basis glasses, keys. mobile
But I now have GC to find them for me.

Often when we were visiting my gran with my DC (90+) she would loose her dentures.
My DC would think it great fun 2 run round looking for GG's teethgrin

shandi6570 Tue 15-Nov-16 17:03:05

Keys, any keys, every key. My OH has an obsession with locking everything so we spend an inordinate amount of time searching for keys that he 'just put down over there'. I think we have a key goblin, either that or the locksmith breaks in every now and then and takes them so that we have to go and get new locks and keys. grinAt least we are helping to keep a local company going smile.

MiniMouse Tue 15-Nov-16 17:18:26

Too frequently my marbles . . . . .

Charleygirl Tue 15-Nov-16 17:49:06

I try to put eg keys in the same place each time. My car keys are on my mantelpiece and purse is in my handbag as are credit cards. I used to have a problem with my driving licence but it has its own place now so slowly I am getting there.

Juney64 Tue 15-Nov-16 18:14:39

lol Cherrytree at GC looking for teeth. I mislay my glasses too. Trouble is I need my other glasses to find my glasses. Then, there's the added problem- can't find my glasses-finding glasses.

grannypiper Tue 15-Nov-16 18:29:29

Pens and pencils, i put them in my hair so i dont loose them but it can take a ages to find them in there as i have a lot of hair and a lot of curls. i often find my glasses in there too

petra Tue 15-Nov-16 18:30:06

Ana I have. It was about the size of your index finger.
