Morning Mick, morning all.

It is cold and clear in North Leicestershire but rain is forecast. Just at the time we were intending to take the children for a walk along the Heritage Railway path. Hey ho, as bags would say!

I hope you have a lovely celebration today Greyduster. Enjoy your days everyone.sunshine

It's been a funny day here – approaching supper time. We've had hot sun and chilly wind, sharp showers and bright patches. I've been tired, useless and unmotivated all day and the weather hasn't helped. I am hoping for a brighter day – and a brighter me – tomorrow.

Good morning

Funny how you get days like that absent I have learned to go with the flow - like today I have already decided I cba to cook so will rootless around the freezer to find a pre- cooked meal I froze.

2c here at the moment. Cold day forecast so indoor jobs I think. Might deliver the rose and clematis I bought for son, although as he has a heavy cold he won't be up to planting them, and I don't want to catch it.

Enjoy your day everyone

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. A bright clear day in South Yorkshire but really cold. We went to a huge bonfire and super fireworks display last night organised by one of our local Scout groups. Looking forward to having everyone here this afternoon; it doesn't happen that often these days! Thank you for your good wishes, kitty - enjoy your walk - the children won't mind a bit of rain if they're with you! Have a good day, folks.

Good morning, we have had torrential rain for the last 24 hours and it is very cold. The firework displays went ahead, last night, but everyone attending will have got soaked. I saw our town display on the computer, live streamed.

2.something here in Durham and the wind seems to be from Siberia. Packing today for holidays. We don't go for several days but DH is cranking up the anxiety levels( mine) grin

Good morning from sunny Colchester. Need to get a bit of shopping so need to motivate myself to get dressed and out in the sunshine.

Greetings everyone. Feels freezingly cold here in London at the moment, although lovely blue sky and sunshine. Forecast to start raining for the rest of the day from about lunchtime though.

I went to family fireworks in a local park last night. Lots of families there letting off some fantastic pyrotechnics. I was home again by 7.30pm but some people nearby were still firing off big bangers up till midnight angry

Good morning from a lovely sunny clear and cold Oxfordshire. This is more like November weather, will have to wear a coat from now on in.Having a lovely lazy day today which started with DH cooking a full English breakfast, watching Andrew Marr and are thinking about showering now.....I do love a day when nothing has been planned.smile

Good morning ☀️
Beautiful sunny morning here in Wiltshire but boy, is it cold! Blithely thought I'd do a bit of gardening but after 20 minutes my fingers are frozen despite gloves, so retreated indoors.
I really should go for a walk but I need to get dgs's Aran hoodie finished
that's my excuse anyway!

Have a great day everyone and especially Greyduster (tho' not sure what you're celebrating!)

Good morning everyone.
I had a lovely long lie in. I could hear the rain on the windows, and when I looked out it wasn't just rain, there is sleet amongst it. Not the day for walking in the Tyne Valley. Son coming for lunch as usual on a Sunday. DH is being a taxi this afternoon, taking friends to the airport. I wish I was going with them, Spain might be a bit warmer than here!
Have a good day everyone.

It's a lovely sunny day with blue skies here in non existant Middlesex. The trees are losing more and more of their leaves now although they were still quite evident in Bushy Park yesterday. It's beginning to get quite cold, I'm coming to terms with the fact that a coat is required.

Have a good day everyone.
