Today I am helping out at another Living Well with Dementia Session. This is the second of six. I am so impressed by the positive attitude of the participants.

Foggy in N Kent but should be another warm sunny day later. Yesterday was glorious.

Light cloud cover in E Kent, but a wonderful sunrise - pink and opalescent skies . We shall have another beautiful day. I love autumn.

Morning, folks! No stars visible when I went to bed but both Ursas (should that be Ursae?) were visible at 0130 and the sky this morning is as clear as a bell (¿I know what I mean ).

I'm rebelling about the paint colour of no.2 kitchen wall and doing what I like even though Minibags says it's "a bit pink". It's also a bit orange, which is what I'm after. That and a warming effect. It gets hot sometimes like most kitchens, but mainly, like the rest of the house, it's a cool room because it's situated in a place with a cool climate. So 'Nectar Jewels 5' it is. The more creamy tester that I bought and tried yesterday will have to make itself useful elsewhere.

Looks quite bright and clear this morning in Durham . I'm determined to unpack today.

Good morning from foggy Colchester. The temperature is dropping here. I was out in just a tee shirt again yesterday.
Italian this afternoon. Had a week off for half term so had better do some swotting as I think I've forgotten it all.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. A misty start in South Yorkshire, but I think we will have a dry day. We had a nice walk through the woods behind GS's school yesterday before picking him up and found some quite large chestnuts. I might stick them in the oven today! But mostly, it's ironing, and then the second school run! Have a good day, folks.

Good morning from southwest France. It is a national holiday today and almost everywhere you look, there are huge pots of yellow, orange, scarlet chrysanthemums for sale or waiting to be collected outside shops. Tnis is the day people visit their dead and decorate family tombs with as many flowers as possible.

Chrysanthemums are reserved for the dead and a bouquet of these flowers must never be offered to the living in France. However, rather than being lugubrious, this huge splash of autumn colours brighten up an otherwise sombre day.

The sun is shining here, the temperature mild and the surrounding vineyards are shedding their autumn coats in parallel sad splendour.

Not so bright in Stockport this morning. Yesterday was glorious we are being lucky.
We had no children knocking last night, so have a tin full of choc mini bars to eat!!.

Good morning to all from a warm but cloudy Torquay. I was very busy and engaged with grandsons and family entertaining over half term last week and had very little "me" time. I have a sewing class on Friday so must get my homework started today! Hope everyone has a lovely November day.

And good morning from me in a very misty and mellow Autumny Oxfordshire.Cleaning windows is on the agenda today ( groan) but the good news is that there is plenty of Halloween chocolate cake left.

Good morning from a misty murky London. Looks like being overcast all day. Had my grandson again yesterday as his school had an Inset day, so didn't get my winter pots finished yet. Must get the hoover out today too as the place is a tip! No Halloween visitors last night but did hear several groups of excited little voices going by. Oh well, the country's going to be full of chocolate-crazed grannies today
