Well done Shanma. I have nights when I don't sleep for hours. I take ages to drop off. One thing that I have found that helps is screen free time before bed. I have started putting the computer, tablet and television off about an hour before I go to bed. I've also started a relaxation technique, where I do yoga breathing and picture a doorway in my mind and talking through it into a dark room. This has helped enormously. Hope you didn't mind me sharing.

Hello All who posted in my other thread, this is by way of a Thank You to everyone, especially to those ladies who sent me private messages.

I have had two good sleeps on the trot now { Hope I am not jinxing things by writing that). One thing I tried was the imagining waves of relaxation working up my body, perhaps I was concentrating so much on that which made it easier not to let my mind go onto all the worry worry stuff!.

I am shopping tomorrow, and will have a trip to the health shop so that I can try some of the magnesium, and epsom salts for the bath. Good heavens with all these things going on I should sleep for a week grin
Thanks again everyone. Sweet Dreams ! flowers
