Hello all, no I haven't been put off, why would I be when all your advice is so well meant.
I am trying to come to terms with the fact that however much "time off" I get I come back to the same situation and it isn't going to change. However our son is going through a difficult time and has moved in with us for a time. He suffers from anxiety and depression and his partner is bi-polar, not a match made in heaven as you can imagine, and every now and then they need a break from each other. He is not working just now so is able to give me some space. With help/interference from H he is powerwashing the drive and tidying up the garden. I was able to go out for tea yesterday, will go out for coffee tomorrow and a friend is taking me out to a nearby gifty type shop on Saturday and we will have a bite of lunch while out so I do have things to look forward to. We have given our son our car and run it for him so that we get transported when we need it which is a huge bonus.
I truly never thought life would be so very hard at this stage in our lives but I know so well we are not on our own.
What a difference a day makes 😢😢
