Two 15 year old convicted of murder.

Whatever the reason there is something seriously wrong with those young people. It's totally beyond the norm of behaviour for two fifteen year old to plan and commit such an atrocious crime. I don't believe that people are born evil. Something affects their minds to allow this behaviour to be acceptable to them. Whether that is nature (some sort of mental condition) or nurture needs to be discovered and dealt with. We can't simply lock them up and throw away the key as some commentators in the media have suggested.

There has always been children who commit murder , no government can be held responsible

Two 15 year old children have been convicted of murder an absolutely terrible crime , is this the result of a lack of discipline in the home /schools assuming they had a stable home.Or is it what Cameron called broken Britain [not that he done anything to fix it]. In the schools they used to teach good citizenship it was scrapped by the government because it was not considered a core subject. Should we have curfews for kids.
