I'm sure Ganja would work, never tried it and Mrs P wouldn't let me now.

I'm taking Fluoxitine (depression) Naproxene 500 mg and 8 30/500 co-codemol a day. Nothing too extreme and the Dr has approved, although he only wants me to take the naproxene it I really need it. The morphine in the Co-codemol does calm things down . I am a lot more mobile now the pain is reduced.

The fact that the ingredients of Marmite, one of the products at the centre of a price row between Tesco and Unilever, are manufactured in the UK calls into question why the drop in the pound should cause a hike in its price, but its brand power gives the supplier strength in the argument

I was a student then. Lovely clothes. Wasn't into hippy stuff though. Wasn't that more the 60s flower power stuff?
You've never offended me either Wobbly although I think I've upset you before -for which sincere apology.

The 70s for me were the years of young(ish) motherhood. Small children take up a lot of time and energy; as for peace and love! Peace was at a premium; love...well . We moved from Devon to Nottingham, from there to Leicestershire and on to King's Lynn all in the course of that decade.

Marmite? not for me. I took to Vegemite as it was the only yeast extract to be found in Nairobi in the 60s. I still prefer it.

If you really want to relive go to the brilliant exhibition at V&A museum. It was excellent. DH & I spent a couple of hours reliving 'our time' We met in '66 and married in '71 which was about the span of the exhibition! We also went to the history of underwear exhibition..that was QI too!
