Sucker for a discount voucher

Just been out for lunch at a very nice hotel using a Groupon voucher. 2 courses and a glass of Prosecco, 2 people, £18. The extra glass and 2 coffees, £18:50!!! It was so good.

cangran the adverts following you around is annoying enough but even more when you actually purchased the item! I do NOT need another one.

With me it's the freebies - I'm toying with sending off an order for cosmetics because I get a free dressing gown. Except I've already got 4 dressing gowns.....

Oh, another thing - do you find that stuff you've looked at following you around in ads all over the place can really test your discipline? Too much to tempt us these days!

Welcome to the suckers club! I, too, find it hard to resist those discount offers. Although I've generally looked before and only use an offer for something I'd already had my eye on (mostly want rather than really need if I'm honest). I try to be disciplined - have just sorted out my winter clothes and know there's not much I really do need to replace but sometimes, when I need a little treat and a discount offer pops up at the right time ...

So can I Daphne but I noticed today that I can buy Tara's cat food 10% cheaper than usual- every little helps. It is prescription food so I can only buy it on line or from the vet at least £6 a bag more expensive.

So that is the difference between want and need
I want it so I need a bigger wardrobe

I CAN control myself when things are full price though

Go and look in your cupboards, do you have so many pairs of shoes you can't shut the door? Do you have enough clothes that you could not wash any for a month and still have clean ones? Then it is want not need - nothing wrong with this if you can afford it, though you may need a bigger wardrobe
