Lullydully you will be blamed for distracting him at the crucial moment :-D

We had someone coming to do some work in the loft. My husband didn't seem to know whether it was boarded or not. He said it was my fault he didn't know because I wouldn't let him put any of his hoarding up there!

Sorry ladies but I have a wife like that, I can't remember a time in the last 50 years when she did something that wasn't right.

If the puzzled look was for me Dannierae my H has dementia, so in some ways he is now perfect as I get very little opposition to any thing, and no conversation to bore me.

me too , never ever wrong about anything. He will even say he said the correct thing if I ever find out he was wrong, eg she's wearing black, no look it's white , I said she was wearing white. Still he's a good cook & does the bins

Mine is definitely perfect, can not find one thing to complain about grin

hmm

When mine was capable of logical thought his mantra was " I may have faults but I'm never wrong". He has never apologized except in an ironic way. You know,' I expect this will be blamed on me "

My girls call DH Peter the Perfect and my sister calls him St. Peter- he is pretty good I have to say but a bit clumsy at times I recorded on here one day when he walked into the patio door and I couldn't stop laughing!

Mine is not perfect but he knows about everything and will tell everybody all about it. Isn't that kind.

tanith Tue 04-Oct-16 09:31:57

No he's not perfect but he tells me he has a 'perfect' wife grin

Gagagran Tue 04-Oct-16 09:27:39

LullyDully I think we are married to identical twins! grin

Mine THINKS he is perfect.

I disagree.

We used to call his father St. xxxxx, as his mum thought he was.

Again I disagreed, but got to respect the old B,r in the end

I have a lovely husband but he does tend to be "perfect" at times. Usually if I do something wrong I get lots of hindsight about how I could have prevented it happening....I call it " stating the bloody obvious!"

He can even sometimes find a way to blame me for things he does wrong by some sort of twisted logic of his own.

Anyway we have borrowed a hedge trimmer to cut the vast hedges in our temporary house. Yesterday he cut through the wire with some hand shears in his enthusiasm. He now has to buy a new set to return!

Am I right in feeling smug? Also so glad it wasn't me as I may not have heard the end of it.

Does anyone else have a husband who is a a "Perfect Percy"...What my Mum called my Dad.
