Morning!

It's raining already in North Leicestershire despite the weather app insisting that it won't start till 9 am! And, we've just had a massive clap of thunder.

I'm feeling marginally better today so will try to manage to get dressed.

Morning all.
The pavements are damp here in N Kent but it's not raining now. We too were forecast storms overnight and heavy rain most of today. I'm happy for them to be wrong.

Good morning to you all, a bit wet here, but welcome, it is so much cooler, thank goodness. A trip to the shops is a must today, and the forecast is that it is going to get brighter - but not as warm I hope. Enjoy your days.

Good morning all.
Cloudy and dull start in Stockport. Still muggy overnight.
Trip out to the Warfarin clinic with H this afternoon, can life get any more exciting?

Good morning from cloudy Colchester. No rain here yet but noticeably cooler smile
Rain forecast so I plan to get the ironing done while catching up on missed TV and Davis Cup this afternoon.

Heavy rain here on the NE coast. Thunder and spectacular lightening during the night.

Sounds about as exciting as my days annsixty smile

Morning All

Grey, overcast, and warm in Norfolk and a light mizzle has just started (why doesn't IPad know the word Mizzle?)

Back to art class this morning. I'd like to say I've churned out several masterpieces over the summer but I'm ashamed to say I haven't lifted a brush.

We.had big thunderstorms.and lashing rain. Gd, year7 was camping at school last night for a team building exercise at her new secondary school!!! That will sort out the resilient ones from the girlie girls.

The rain is lashing down from a sombre grey sky here in Letchworth Hertfordshire.

Really feels like an autumnal day after the recent beautiful though hot hot weather!!!!

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. We had a terrific storm at five a.m. and now it is dull and wet. I was going to try a few hours fishing today, but if there is thunder still around waving ten foot of carbon fibre round your head is inviting trouble. I may see what it is like this afternoon. Glad you're feeling better kitty. Enjoy your day folks.

Good morning from a rain soaked north east. Had a disturbed night and just returned to bed at 3.15 when the low battery beeps started on the carbon monoxide detector, why is it always during the night? I must have then fallen sound asleep as DH says I slept blissfully through the storm that lasted between 6 and 6.30am smile
