Can't say it bothers me to be honest.
I quite like regional variances and nuances . Take the words Brizzle and the fact someone with a strong Bristolian accent has a tendency to put an 'l' at the end of some words. EG. Aval Gardinal went to the Operal. (Ava Gardiner went to the opera)
I personally was brought up near Glastonbury and 'Baff' (Bath) and I love going back to Somerset from my home now in Leicestershire and being asked 'Wirr zer bin to young un". (Where have you been young one) , even though I'm 64. 'He be fick in the ed him". (He's thick in the head him).
