It's bright and warm here in North Leicestershire. I'm poorly! I've got some sort of a bug and am not up to collecting DS1 from Heathrow today so dh is having to do it. Which means cancelling all his appointments. It must be someone's law....I think his name was Sod! dd1 was supposed to be staying the night too!

Morning All. Oh kitty, time that law was revoked! Hope you are better very soon and your husband's appointments can be re-scheduled soon. We've a pink sky, doesn't bode well for later but ok now. Sorry Mick, I'm with nina, no rush for Autumn, it doesn't agree with me at all .

Good morning to you all, an I love autumn! Not feeling great this morning, I have a really hard cough which I cannot seem to move, so might phone the g.p. see what he says, had it a week or two now. However, it is a beautiful morning again and I must sort out some lunch. Enjoy your days.

Back from holiday, it's nice to be home.
Plenty of patchy cloud but the sun is trying to break through here in West Lancashire, looks like it's rained overnight.

Another lovely start in Stockport. Sorry for for all you poorly people, hope you soon pick up. A visit to the GP for me at 9:30 I went to physio yesterday afternoon and he thinks I have a small abcess on my scar which needs antibiotic. Apart from that my knee is doing really well.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. It's going to be a hot one in South Yorkshire today - 30 - the sun is already blazing. I feel like a wet rag this morning. DH knocked his water glass over in the night and I woke up suddenly and wrenched my knee, so I didn't get much sleep after that. Good job I love him. School run this afternoon, but no park afterwards - it'll be too hot!

Good morning everyone, from a beautiful Tyne Valley.
The sun is shining and it's already 18°c. H and I are taking advantage of the good weather to go to Hall's of Heddon,, a specialist dahlia and chrysanthemum nursery. It's just the right time when all the dahlias will be flowering. They are my favourite flowers.
Enjoy this most lovely of late summer days.

Good Morning from sunny Cheshire. I have already done a trip to our local tip to get rid of my DDs leylandii cuttings.
Far too much to do today and I have not got over my holiday yet. Next a shower then an opticians appointment and then I need to take my car in for a service. I need a rest!!!
