With any luck the new owners will have a re-vamp and ditch Mel and Sue. I would start watching it again then, adverts or not.

Typical BBC. Paying ridiculous salaries ( with our money) to Jonathon Ross, Chris Evans, Graham Norton to name but a few . Mind you I would imagine Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood are paid a pretty penny too.

Its BBC's fault cant come up with the readies, but pays their executives enhanced salaries, at our expence

Just heard on the news, that Bake Off is to be 'sold down the river'. So I suppose that in future, it will be punctuated by adverts. Shame on the owners/producers of the Bake Off brand.
