Good morning from damp and humid Colchester. DS has just left for the first day of his last year at school (5th form) and I really should have let his trousers down over the summer.
Another estimate for a new back fence today. Very difficult to get anyone round here to do these small jobs as they all say that they are fully booked until next year....

Got back from sunny France yesterday so back to the grind.
Working at DD1s this morning. Will have a week's accounts to catch up on so will have to give keep fit a miss I think.
Back to choir tonight-Mass in Blue. Think it's going to be a challenge.

Damp here in Stockport. We have very long standing friends coming today so pleased to see them. Old age and illness plays havoc with friendships. They will go home later though as I cannot cope with putting them up.

Good morning, Printmiss and all GNs. Overcast here in SouthYorkshire, but dry fortunately. We have a handyman in this morning doing a few jobs that DH thinks are beyond his meagre talents - refelting the shed roof, rehanging the side gate and putting a nice neat bead of caulk around the new conservatory ceiling. Hopefully they will be finished in time for him to give me a lift to the doctors. It's very frustrating not being able to drive at the moment. Have a good day, whatever you have planned.

We are off to a wedding today!! First time that I have been to a wedding on a Monday! I had better get organised......choice of 2 outfits!!!Cold and wet weather or dry and warm weather!!!

It's cool, damp and breezy in the Tyne Valley this morning. General housework to keep me busy. Didn't see the shoes on Thursday. We went to see Chesters Roman Fort instead, as DH didn't fancy the drive to Bowes.
