Somewhat late today as walked the dog really early over the Downs - glorious. Then went shopping. Back for breakfast. Picked and froze tomatoes. Now about to have a shower before going into the beach for a swim with GS. HOT HOT HOT!!!????????

Good morning everyone.
Started off wet and the sky is still grey, but the sun is trying to break through. I had hoped for a sunny, warm day as I want to go out and get used to my new camera. I plan on taking it with me when we go to Blyth to see the Tall Ships at the weekend. Otherwise I just have a bit of ironing left to do.

The same beautiful day in Stockport that most of you have. I didn't wake until 8:20 after only 2 loo visits. I was very tired after the visit to the clinic last evening but it was more good news. My eye is responding to the PdT, so no injection and not being seen again for 8 weeks?

Good morning, Mchael and all GNs. A dull start here in South Yorkshire. Don't think any rain is forecast. Car needs a wash this morning, and then I need to do some gardening - it's all looking a bit untidy since we came back from holiday. Have a good day whatever you get up to.

We have the same as you PRINTMISS - gorgeous isn't it? I reckon this summer has been quite a good one on the whole with lots of sunny days. Have you noticed that there seems to be far fewer flies and wasps this year. Not sure why that should be.

I was up early to see DH off on his bike club ride to Brighton so got on and did the ironing while it's not too hot. Window cleaner is due this morning and not much else on the agenda.

Hope the broken bones brigade are all improving a bit and feeling better as a result.

Good morning from sunny Colchester. Going to be 30 degrees and humid here for the next few days so getting the ironing done early and then sitting in the shade with a cold drink!

Morning everyone. Looking good here in N Shropshire with sunshine and blue skies. Surprise visit from DS and 2 DGC today and staying for few days. We're all castle hunting apparently! So off food shopping this morning after sorting bedrooms out yesterday evening.
