Walking back from my local library this morning just after 11am i went through our formal gardens where i spied a man standing behind. the hedge right next to the pathway. I walked past and looked at him but he gazed right through me.As i walked on i turned to glance back and saw him doing up the flies to his trousers!!!! He was peeing in the hedge in full view of anyone walking through the gardens. I saw woman ahead of me and spoke to her about the incident, should i call the police what should i do, she said he is a local drunk, she pointed out he had moved to a bench and was drinking from a beer can. She said i am moving from here to sit further down the pathway i carried on walking, but it was on my mind all the way home. What would you have done i feel i should have done something but not sure what??
