High grey cloud here at the moment. Hopefully the forecast showers won't arrive as we should be having a new windscreen fitted to the car this morning and they say they won't come if it rains!

I am going to see Tom Hanks in "Hologram for a King ", it funny enough did not take off on the normal so a chance on a senior to see it for £3.79p is a bargain, I also would think whether it would be worth buying as a DVD.
I like certain types of films such sci-fi or like some more factual type films.

Cool and cloudy here, due to be warm again later though and maybe showers.
long overdue haircut today for me, and keeping out of the way as much as possible while our new bathroom takes shape ( dust everywhere) DH lurks about hindering the plumbers with questions and talking football and drinking tea with them ( at this rate the bathroom won't be ready until Christmas.)

That is the first piece of good news, the second is that it isn't raining and the third is that I didn't need a eye injection last night. The PDT I had in Manchester a few weeks ago is working its magic. Hooray.

Good morning from sunny Colchester. The sun is not forecast to last. I have an Older People's Forum meeting this afternoon where I spread the word about Gransnet. It's a 25 minute walk and bound to rain then!

Good morning to you all, rather late this morning, reversed my usual routine! It was brilliant sunshine, it is now overcast with threatening clouds. Off to have a chat with bowls friends, then I must fill the freezer which has suddenly become empty - funny how it does that. Thanks all for good wishes. Presents opened so far include 2 bottles of prossecco. My family know me well. Also 3 boxes of biscuits , one of chocolates and Molton Brown smellies. So easy to buy for as you get older.

Sunny here and skies are clear - hopefully a good day weather wise.
have seen the film and is good !
We use Merrkats 2 for 1 and go during day on a Tuesday or Wednesday.
We hit car insurance though the site and so we have a year of that offer.
My daughter bought a weekend travel insurance and had 6 months of this offer - worth a try.
Think I'm popping out to get a fly swatter and a mini fan - pound stretcher here I come !
