A friend forwarded me something on Facebook which asked "If you were kidnapped and had to be rescued by the last people you watched on TV - who would that be?" My answer would be Michael Weston and Sam Axe from Burn Notice so I would good. Who would be rescuing you?

GrannyJane at least he has a vehicle in which to make your escape. He also knows all the back roads and has lots of friends to help him. Don't give up hope yet.

We watched a recording of the Durrells. Charming people but not, I suspect, the best for a hostage situation.

Wish I'd been watching the Night Manager. Tom Hiddleston would have done very nicely.

Stephen Dillane and Clémence Poésy from The Tunnel - they'll be fine thanks grin

Like Crofty, Colin Firth and Nicole Kidman, but I'd actually like it to be Stellan Skarsgard (same film)!

Read this thread this morning, while watching a rerun of Hawaii 5-0 (the new ones). So lucky me gets to be rescued by Alex O'Loughlin (Steve McGarrett). As long as he takes his time rescuing me and escorting me back to freedom I'll be happy! Mmmmmmmmm.

For me definitely it would be Gibbs and his team from NCIS although I would be missing DiNozzo as he's left!!

ozzozzchrisjune Mon 27-Jun-16 11:27:29

That would be Jeff Lyne ELO at Glastonbury.

Juggernaut Mon 27-Jun-16 11:25:41

Watched The Musketeers (recorded) so I'll choose Tom Burke, he looks fairly strong and capable!

My initial thought was I wish I had been watching NCIS...

Because I was watching gossip girl and thought that's me done in for but maybe I would be OK as their all super rich and rather conniving smile

Barnaby and Jones! At least they could call on the full might (?!) of the Midsomer force to back them up.
