But I did go by everything I had heard from everyone I know who live and work all over the place, plus friends and family etc, plus a bit of gransnet.
I also added in polls, which were wrong last time, plus silent voters who swayed things last time.

In short, I like statistics!

The one bit of it I got wrong, was the person I spoke to who works in London. 1 person from London was not enough to speka to about London, and obviously where she works, is not representative of London!!

As I wrote elsewhere, I live in a mixed financial area, so I get to talk to people of somewhat various walks of life. I am chatty!

I read it as dj had let it out of the bag too. I have had lunch with the Queen but it wasn't recently so it wasn't me either.
I don't know about the story being in the Sun but it was in just about every other paper today.

And I don't want to go with Michael Portillo. I will take Alexander Skarsgard, or my DH if Alex is unavailable because he's promoting the new Tarzan film. Off topic I know.

Anniebach. I too say roll on 10pm tomorrow. Well I have been saying roll on friday, but roll on 10pm tomorrow will make a lot of people happy.

If I go by the publicly expressed views of people I know I will say that the Brexiters will prevail. However, maybe those people I know who are keeping quiet (like me - I've only expressed my intentions on here) are planning to vote Remain and so may swing the vote the other way.

Two more days - and then whatever the electorate has decided we will all have to find some way of pulling together to heal the wounds of division this awful referendum has opened.

It looks like Michael Gove is possibly in trouble though because he was also at the lunch with the Queen in 2011 when it was Nick Clegg being questioned.

Maybe someone had just told her three reasons for leaving?
Maybe she wanted to hear the views of her guests?
Maybe she was making conversation? Playing a game like "Name three things that are purple and begin with M" ?
Maybe someone made up the story?

The turnout could be an interesting result. What if it is low, as it well could be? That could put the cat amongst the pigeons. Imagine if the turnout is less than 50%?

If the Queen was overhead saying she wants out and somebody sold the story, then heads will roll!
