I forgot to post yesterday

It's cloudy but is looking rather more promising in North Leicestershire. This is good news as I am attempting a trip to the garden centre with 2 under 5s. Rain wouldn't help.

Good morning. Another warm/hot sunny day in Lancashire.
Yesterday continued with teaching DGD to fell walk and climbed Lingmore Fell 1,530 ft from Blea Tarn which gives you a bit of height to start but non the less it was strenuous enough for me. A memorable day for both of us.
Visiting Mum today.

Beautiful sunny morning in the Tyne Valley, but still a little chilly. Only 7°c at the moment. Going for a nap as I had a very poor sleep and had to be up at 03.00 for work. Son coming for lunch, and to pick up his car as I borrow it on Fridays.

Cold and gloomy AGAIN in East Anglia !!!

Grey and chilly,and shopping looms.DH developed cold/cough so has decided it's a watching Sky sports day( a special day to be celebrated?)

Good morning to you all, chilly again and not very bright. Bad back is stopping me from visiting the Chichester Flower Festival, as I do not think I will be able to stand for too long. Pity that, as it is beautiful occasion. I am sure I shall find other things to do, possibly a short walk along the front which might help the back. Enjoy your days.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. More of the same in South Yorkshire this morning; cold, grey but at least the wind has dropped. DH wants to have a do nothing much day today (unusual for him), so we're pottering. My s-i-l is doing a glider flight today, so I hope the weather up in Thirsk is going to allow that to go ahead. Doesn't look promising at the moment. Have a good day, folks.
