Morning all!

We had some overnight rain here on SE Hampshire coast but luckily it's set to be dry and sunny this morning as my Garden Group are coming round to eat cake, drink coffee and "admire" my little garden. Hope they do as DH has worked so hard in it this week and it does look nice.

Enjoy your day everyone. sunshine

Good morning Mick, morning all.

We are back in North Leicestershire feeling refreshed after a few days in Aldeburgh. The weather here is bright but chilly.

A quick trip to Sainsbury's and a visit to mum are on my agenda for today.

Enjoy your Fridays everyone! sunshine

Morning All. Bright start in our corner of Somerset. I could get used to the sunshine. Dreaded paperwork today. Hope Friday is kind to you.

Good morning to you all, and it is another dry sunny morning. Eyes all sorted out after the visit to the hospital yesterday, not that they were all that bad, just really irritating. Must do the ironing today, spent too much time in the garden - just pottering really, and everything else has accumulated. Get the other half to put the duster round, he can just about manage that. Enjoy your days.

Good morning from a sunny Colchester.
Just realised that I didn't check in yesterday. I had a champagne headache after celebrating the birth of our grandson. He is fabulous.
Planning and packing today as we are driving to a fishing week in France. Got to buy a spare fuel can and a picnic in case of delays.
Won't be online for the week as we will be sans signal of any kind....relax!

Good morning.
Looking better weather wise today.
I've been trying to tidy the spare room, there's so much clutter it's going to take a long time.
Going to see Mum again today, she's really perked up.
Enjoy your day everyone.

Congratulations to you and your family Pittcity on the arrival of your beautiful grandson. Good luck in France.

Good morning, Michael and all Gransnetters. It is quite dull here in South Yorkshire but feels a tad warmer at least. Pittcity what a gorgeous little chap! Many congratulations! We're going to an antiques auction this morning - I have my eye on a silver sovereign case, but it may go for more than I'm prepared to pay. We'll see. After that, a walk today. Enjoy your day, folks.

Good morning everyone.
From a rather damp Tyne Valley! The day is to improve as it goes on, so the forecast says. DH is like a cat on a hot tin roof, he's catching the train to Glasgow to visit the grandchildren. I will have to take him to the station in a few minutes. Yeah freedom. I'll have the house to myself until Tuesday.
Have a lovely day all, and congratulations pittcity, what a beautiful baby boy.
