Who thinks that Top Gear is a dangerous programme? I know there are lots of folk out there who enjoy fast cars and the thrill of driving them, sensibly, and I have absolutely no quarrel with that, but there must surely be a limit to what can be shown on television. I think the antics which are 'performed' encourage the younger and less capable drivers to attempt tricks which should never be tried or done on public roads, and certainly not in private either, without proper safety control and some sort of tuition. The motor car needs to be treated with respect, it is not a toy, so much sadness can be caused by a reckless driver.

Whilst driving my DD to the airport this morning (flying back to London after weekend at home with DH and myself) I was using a slip road onto the motorway when an absolute maniac of a man undertook on the hard shoulder of the slip road and cut in front of me...you all know the type, driver's window down, tattooed arm sticking out, old banger of a car modified beyond all recognition to look sporty. Where are the police when you need them? I'm considering having one of these little cameras fitted on my dashboard. angry
