Good morning from rainy Colchester. Think it's been raining on and off al night. Warm and humid though..yuk!!
I am late checking in this morning as DH is fishing in France and contacted me as he was having trouble with his phone. I had to contact EE who said nothing was wrong. I use web chat so that I can pretend I am him because they will only talk to the account holder (even though he is in France with no working phone???) As soon as I hung up he rang to say it had miraculously started working again!! The joys of modern technology!!

Good morning, another lovely sunny day but unfortunately another duvet day for me. Awake most of the night with coughing fits.

Good morning from Cheshire. It was warm and muggy here this morning and trying to rain. I had to drop my car off at the garage in the village for an MOT and then walk into the village for some tea bags. All too much too early in these days of retirement.

Good morning to you all, and it has been raining here on the south coast too, we badly needed the rain, the garden is very dry. Not a lot planned - did a great job in confusing everyone yesterday about dates for future bowls competitions, so busy today sorting that lot out again. Old age! Take care everyone, and enjoy your days.

Yes been raining on South Downs but humid.

Have a good day everyone.
Taking Mum to see consultant about her eyes today. She has macular thingy, and has had injections, but her sight has deteriorated recently. At 98 it is almost a race against time. She lives independently with input from myself and sister, also a lady who does. We so want her to end her life in her home, and so hope she doesn't go entirely blind before the end. Which frankly can't to too far off. I need to get possible help sorted I think the RNIB might be a good starting point.

Good morning everyone.
We have high cloud with the sun just beginning to break through. The Tyne Valley looks beautiful this morning, the bluebells are out in the little wood I pass on my way back from work. Doing nothing today except lie on the floor with 2 cushions under my head. I have back ache or possibly sciatica!
Have a good day everyone.

Good morning, Michael and everyone. Cloudy and cool in South Yorkshire this morning, with rain forecast later. Aquafit this morning, and then school run this afternoon and staying on at DDs for tea. Hope you all enjoy your day.

Am working at DD1's this morning and, with SIL, am going to be shown new updated accounts system- gulp! Not looking forward to it. Old dog, new tricks and all that?

Good morning from a wet North Leicestershire. The forecast is for heavy showers so I think I'll do some shopping rather than gardening.

We have another library meeting today but imagine it will be an indoor meeting rather than yesterday's one which was held in my garden.

Enjoy your Tuesdays everyone sunshine

Morning All

Warm, humid and wet here in Norfolk. I should have been helping paint the flower tubs in the market square this morning. I think we'll be going for tea and cakes instead.

Good morning from West Lancashire. Rain overnight and showers forecasted for today. It's fine at the moment though so fingers crossed.
Yesterday mum asked me when I was going home, she thought I was still away on holiday even though I was sitting next to her. Poor Mum.
