Another beautiful morning here in Norfolk. I'm probably going to paint the front fence today. Unless I can think of an excuse not to. DH has such a long list of things to do I volunteered, as it's within my capabilities, and I'm now regretting it. It's either that or wash the car - but I don't want to do that either.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. A lovely sunny start in South Yorkshire this morning, and set to stay that way. Work on the conservatory roof is ongoing, so no chance of escaping the house until Friday at least, but there's plenty to do in the garden. Have a good day folks!

Beautiful day dawned here on SE Hampshire coast and it looks set fair to continue.

I was up at 5 so have done the ironing and am about to start some desk work. I suspect 40 winks may be on the agenda this afternoon as it's choir tonight and I need to be energised for that!

Good morning to you all, and it would appear the lovely weather is nationwide, what a difference that makes to everyone. I think perhaps I will finish power cleaning the pathways this morning - do battle with the power washer again, but it needs to be done, just did not have enough energy to finish it all yesterday, particularly when the other half decided to tell me how to do it, and it was getting late then, so could not tell him to get on with it. I am going to enjoy this lovely day, hope you all manage to do that.

Poor you Hildajenniej-I'm usually the same and yet, bizarrely, have slept reasonably well the last few nights in DD's new house and slept reasonably well last night back at home! Long may it last! Hope you feel better for your nap this morning.
Home hairdresser coming this morning then former boss picking me to go to meet another former colleague for lunch which is always fun.
Friends have just texted asking if we're free for Canasta this evening?
