We had our day hijacked by DGS3 and 4 yesterday so today its all about us, Nothing special just niff naff and trivia .

Slimming world class this morning and DD3, DGS and MIL will be out for a walk this afternoon as long as it stays dry.

Good morning, Michael and everyone. A lovely sunny start here in South Yorkshire. We are planning a walk today IF we can decide on where to go - local, or take the car into the Peak District. Can't be bothered to think about it at the moment. Have a good day, folks.

Good morning to you all, the sun is doing its best, but the surrounding cloud looks ominous. Yesterday, as soon as I put the washing on the line it started to rain, and continued on and off all day, so the washing is still there. I am not fanatical about it! Depending on the other half (who does the driving) we might play bowls this morning, I have a hospital appointment this p.m. and so the day is starting. Glad you are feeling better Grannylyn and you will feel a little better after the injections annesixty . Enjoy your days.

Good morning from Cheshire. It looked grey and damp an hour ago. CBA to get up and look out of the window right now. My first cup of tea of the day is only just beginning to work.

Good morning ... Can't really tell what today's weather is like: it looks grey, still and gloomy but I doubt it will stay that way. No highlights on the agenda today but I'm going to try and take on board the advice offered elsewhere about growing old disgracefully. It sounds like fun! Have a good day everyone.

Walking into town to get my hair trimmed then back to a bit of gardening.

Nice bright morning here, yesterday we had some sun interspersed with showers.
I am off to the local hospital (10mins up the road) for x-rays on both knees and have a joint injection booked as an interim measure.
Now I feel like an old lady.?

Very misty/foggy out there in my part of Lancashire, no mention of it on the local weather forecast. Sunny at Aintree apparently.

Seeing a solicitor again today, about our wills and power of attorney.

Another nice morning in Norfolk. The rain forecast yesterday was quite half hearted by the time it got to here, just enough to water in the plants I'd moved.

More gardening this morning and then a reflexology treat this afternoon. Trying to stay out of the way of DH - painting the kitchen and back lobby is still progressing!
