Good Morning Everyone,
Its grey and wet here in Brackley this morning, for a change more in line with April showers.

Morning Mick and everyone.
We are forecast temps of 17c today. At the moment it's dry but to early to tell if it will be sunshine in N. Kent. We have the GSx2 coming for the day.

Good morning Mike and all. - gosh the Kent contingent is up early grin. Spending my day writing lesson plans - haven't had to do this for a while and am actually looking forward to it!
Here's to a good day everyone.

Good morning from sunny Colchester. I could get used to this weather. Dry sunny and 15 yesterday then rained in the evening, same forecast today but a few degrees warmer. Got all the washing dry outside yesterday. May forego painting skirting boards for a walk into town and/or a bit of gardening.

Good morning.
Envious of your good weather although it brightened up yesterday evening here in Lancashire. Hoping to hear how the sailing went NfkD.
Going out for afternoon tea today.
Enjoy your day everyone.

Good morning all.
Damp but not raining here in Stockport. I'm still in bed being lazy.
I felt drained and rather low when D and GC went home yesterday. I don't think I will see them until August and possibly not even then as they will be spending some of the holidays with their father 3500 miles away.

Morning everyone,

I too am envious of the lovely weather some of you are having. We had a decent two or three hours of sun yesterday afternoon, but today and tomorrow we have heavy rain forecast sad.

All the family are coming for dinner today - DD and DGD, and DS and 2xDGS. hmm I'd better clear all my sewing things off the dining room table then and search for stray pins on chairs/floor!

Hope you enjoy your Sunday, whatever you are doing.

Good morning everyone.
Grey, overcast and damp in the Tyne Valley again. You were luckier than me to have a bright evening Nana3. It didn't brighten up here! DS coming for lunch, as he does every Sunday, so we're having Mexican food.
Have a good day everyone.

Good morning to you all, again, we have a bright and sunny start to the day, I hope it continues that way, because I really must get out into the garden, Unfortunately I can only do about an hour at a time now, so things are getting a bit urgent, although our lovely young man will come and do whatever needs to be done. Enjoy your days.

Morning !

Its a bright and sunny day here in our part of Essex. We survived our 2 days with 3 of our 4 DGC but definitely needed a rest last night.

Today we will be emptying furniture ready for collect by the British Heart Foundation in prep for the decorating and I shall be completing some hen party items for my daughters friend.

Hope the sun shines on you all

Morning all from North Leicestershire!

We had a rainy start but things seem to be brightening up well. I am planning to get some beef in red wine in the slow oven and then we are going to do the rest of the gardening prep before we plan what we want for the gaps I am creating.

We, too, survived the DGC - just- I dropped them off, visited mum, came home and sat down with a cup of tea and promptly fell asleep I wish I had stayed asleep as dh was not in a good frame of mind when he got home from the football! grin

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. A bit indifferent weather wise here today. I think it might brighten later. I am hoping to visit a friend later today who has just come out of hospital, and then DD is cooking lunch for us which I am looking forward to but DH is not sure if he'll like what's on the menu (a spicy pork casserole with brown rice and veg). He has been instructed to put on a brave face and eat it, or else, and I'll cook him egg and chips when we get home! Happy Sunday, folks smile.
