It's bright and chilly in North Leicestershire but the sky was a fabulous pink earlier on.

I'm girding my loins today because we have 2 small dgc overnight as DD3 and her partner are going to see Adele tonight.

The mist is clearing and it looks like it's going to be another lovely day. Hopefully going to put the sails on the boat today - and hopefully it won't be too breezy so we can take a spin around the broad.

Good morning to you all from another bright and sunny morning, we have a good weather forecast for the weekend. At the moment I have a rather sad old man of a husband, his age is catching up with him, and he finds everything a bit of an effort. Never mind, as I say the sun is shining and we are off to see our bowls friends later on. Enjoy your April Fool's day everyone.

Good morning, Michael and all gransnetters. Cloudy and cold start here in South Yorkshire and set to stay that way. I was out fishing at Ladybower all day yesterday so today is payback time and a day of domestics! Have a good day whatever you are doing.

Bright , clear and 30 degrees . Time to get the bar-b-q out and fill the swimming pool.

Good morning all.
It is quite dull here in Stockport but I hope it will turn out like yesterday which was warm and sunny in the afternoon.
I am still having a pity party as I have no improvement at all in my leg, yesterday D and GD had to go clothes shopping on their own and it is a twice yearly treat for me to go with them. Like MrPRINTMISS, I fear my age is catching up with me and it is very scary.

Good morning everyone.
Dull and grey and looks like rain in the Tyne Valley. Left work at 07.30. The car said 3°c, by the time I got home (seventeen miles west) it said 7.5°c. Have made drop scones for my breakfast. Yummy.

Yesterday was spectacular, blue sky and lovely warm sunshine.
Fine at the moment in Lancashire.
Going to get fish and chips for mum's lunch and take them to care home.

Its a bright crisp day here in our part of Essex.

We're with you * Kitty* 3 out of the 4 DGC are coming for the day, lunch, swimming and play and then 2 are staying overnight !

I'll be here tomorrow if I make it through ;-)
