Good morning all. Enjoying time to peruse and catch up with threads here this a.m. after a busy few days. Delivering DS1 to train station after a lovely 4-day visit and then lunch out today.
Washing in the garden actually dried properly yesterday. Hurrah!

Lovely day again here in Helensburgh. Tuesday is my "walk for well-being" day but with the holidays there were only 2 of us! Usually many more.

Anyway, we had a lovely walk along the promenade, up and along lovers lane then back and into Wetherspoons for drinks (soft!) and a snack. I also cycled the mile along and back so legs a bit achy now so must start getting out more!

Bed stuff out blowing dry in the sun and wind too. grin

Well hello everyone.
Electricity, at last. I got home from work at 07.55 to find that the electricity was off. No tea, no radio, no television. There was a loud hum, and at first I thought that my tinnitus was playing up! It was an alarm from the computer telling me it had been disconnected. Power was restored at just before midday. The whole town and nearyby villages had all been off. We didn't get a warning so I assume that there was a fault somewhere.
We have watery sunshine and showers today. I'm still resting my knee, so doing as little as possible.
Enjoy what's left of your day.

Sunshine and showers here, keep wondering if I should bring washing in, and it's going to be like this all week.Still, good for the garden to have some rain.Having a quiet day today, which we need.

Popping in to say 'Good Morning', Blue skies here at the mo' but, underfoot it is very soggy, so no gardening possible. Ah well, lunch with friends is a better option anyway!

Oh! sorry, I started another thread with just Good Morning, have just caught up with this, must have been searching with the sleep still in my eyes. Good morning and enjoy your days.

Good morning, dry and sunny here in the north east. I am very happy because the tree surgeons are taking down the trees in a neighbour's garden. These trees drop their leaves into our garden and the roots are pushing up the floor of a garage. We don't have any trees in our garden but we spend a lot of time clearing up after these enormous sycamores.

Good morning all. Wet and windy here in South Yorkshire. I am off to join an aquafit class this morning and was full of enthusiasm until I got up. Now I'm not quite so keen! Wish me luck and have a good day everyone!

A lovely sunny morning in County Durham. The birds are singing and there are rabbits hopping around outside our campervan. Off home today after the Easter break. Just hope the wind doesn't get up before we get the awning down!!

Good morning! Bright sunshine here in N Bucks too. Better get outside I suppose (eventually) but there is a cold, cold wind !

Good morning everyone.
Bright start to the day here in mid Essex with blue skies and light breeze.
Cleaning team come today to give the house its fortnightly blitz. I leave them to it and potter about doing not much or spend a bit if time on GN.
Enjoy your day.

When is Mick back?
Well it stayed fine for family BBQ and Easter Egg Hunt yesterday, it was cold though but little ones didn't notice.
Very grey in Lancashire at the moment.
Best wishes to everyone clearing up after storm Katie.
