Oh yes, rugby! I am so disinterested in sport, that I'm almost immune to it - it just doesn't hit my radar at all. When I enlarged the page, I thought it looked like a wrapped toffee grin.

We have a dull day here on the west coast ... this is quite a pleasant surprise as it's the day for our monthly market in the square and that usually means we're deluged!
Anyway, we're off there later to support the cause. Otherwise a quiet weekend after all our babysitting during the week.

Indinana that is a rugby ball - six nations England V Wales is the 'big one' today.I don't know how people add the black and white symbols though - any insight gratefully received.

Annsixty sorry your knee is giving you so much gip. April 7th seems an awful long wait. I hope it eases soon for you. xx

Busy day here - hair appointment, tutoring and hopefully back in time for some of the rugby.

Morning all,
It's trying to be bright and cheerful here in Devon this morning, but I think it might give up the ghost later. I actually FINISHED THE CURTAINS yesterday, so now I can get on with other, more enjoyable, things #sighofrelief
Ann60 I do hope you get to see a GP sooner - April 7th is absurd, what on earth is going on with our GP service these days? flowers
Ninathenana I can't for the life of me work out what that symbol is to indicate what you're doing later on after the GC have been!!! Please enlighten me smile
Have a good Saturday everyone.

hildajenniJ Sat 12-Mar-16 08:57:45

Good morning everyone.
I sympathise annsixty. I went to the GP with my painful knee and all he said was "take Ibuprofen, and come back in three weeks if it's no better and I'll send you for physiotherapy". Well it is a bit better, so I won't go back.
The morning here in Tynedale is bright and sunny. I haven't seen the forecast so don't know how long it will last.
Have a good day everyone.

Good morning all.

It's a glorious day start here in North Leicestershire. After my usual Saturday trip to the village shops I am on brunch duty for DH and DS before the football and then I'm off to see Mum.

Enjoy your days everyone - hope your knee improves ann. sunshine

Good morning, from a sunny (was heavy mist) coast. Not a lot planned today, played short mat bowls yesterday and had a really enjoyable game against a very sociable team. We only play friendlies(!) so the result is not important (she says!), WE WON. Take things easy annsixty hope you manage to see someone who will really help with the knee pain, and good news about your GS's kidney scan, a relief for you all.
Whatever you are all doing, I hope you manage to enjoy your days.

Nana3 Sat 12-Mar-16 08:27:40

Good morning everyone. Weather looking good here in Lancashire, no rain, wind or frost. Grandchildren are here so off to the coast with them and their scooters.
All fine with 9 year old GS's kidney scan yesterday.
flowers annsixty

Morning All. Frosty start in our corner of Somerset but clouding over now. Volunteering today. Hope Saturday is kind to you.

Pittcity Sat 12-Mar-16 08:06:22

Good morning from a slightly misty Colchester.
I ache this morning because it was such a nice day yesterday we finally began clearing the garden. We have a fence that is being held up by overgrown ivy and we need to get to it to replace it. We also plan to move the vegetable patch to allow more running around space for the DGC.
Luckily DH is out all weekend so I can rest and admire what we have done for a couple of days!

Greyduster Sat 12-Mar-16 08:04:54

Hope you feel better soon, annsixty. ?

Greyduster Sat 12-Mar-16 08:01:50

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. A lovely sunny start here in South Yorkshire. DH is off to the footie this pm, so I shall be baking.

annsixty Sat 12-Mar-16 07:50:41

Good morning all.
The first to say no fog or mist here. Reasonably bright and a tad milder.
Also much too early for me but I have had a bad night and feel hungover though no alcohol is involved, rather a strange feeling.
My knee is giving me such pain that I rang our GP for an appt yesterday
April 7th is the first!!! I will have to take pot luck in the 8am scramble but will not be fobbed of with a nurse which is usual.

NfkDumpling Sat 12-Mar-16 07:47:54

Morning All

Grey and still in my little bit of Norfolk. I haven't investigated the temperature yet. Hopefully the sun will break through later.

This morning I'm off to 'clean for the Queen' and feel virtuous while DH has to go on a course to learn to use the boat crane he's been happily manoeuvring for the last 15 years. Elfin Safety!

Have a good day Everone.

Alea Sat 12-Mar-16 07:40:13

Good morning! A misty start in N Bucks (and far too early for a Saturday) but I hope it is the sort of mist which when it clears, leaves another lovely sunny day!

whitewave Sat 12-Mar-16 07:23:18

Morning everyone.

Foggy and frost on South Downs. Sun trying hard to break through but no luck yet.

Once it warms up going to tackle gravel garden and plant up some dear little plants in the rockery.

ninathenana Sat 12-Mar-16 06:56:28
