I went to visit my Mum today..........

Only just caught up kitty it is a difficult time I know only too well, just never knowing what tomorrow will bring.

Whether she did or not I'm sure it will raise a smile from you in time as I expect it will be sort of thing she would have said about you when you were younger. I hope it will have been a comfort to her to know you were all there with her. I'm sure my dad knew I was there with him in his last days - I too would sit in his room holding his hand and talking to him even though he wasn't really conscious but if I asked him to squeeze my hand he would respond. Sadly my mum couldn't hear me when her turn came as she was profoundly deaf but I like to think she also knew I was there.

Kitty Your mum is one tough cookie. I hope she does not get too distressed in the time she has left.
