Snowing here now but the ground is so wet it is not settling.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. We didn't get any of the snow predicted for South Yorkshire, so it is just showery, bright and breezy. I have just been sitting watching a wren feeding in my garden. Can't remember seeing one since we moved here four years ago, so I hope she won't be a stranger and perhaps bring Mr Wren next time as well!

Very changeable weather here in Devon this morning; was very windy and raining a short time ago but the sun is trying to appear at the moment!
Off to the hairdresser's around lunch time for a cut and colour, love it!
Work later until 10.30pm ?

I spoke too soon, the rain is back and drumming on the kitchen roof.

Morning from Berkshire. Lovely bright sun at 07.30 am, then clouds arrived with a heavy rain shower. Now at 9am, it's dry again, sun poking through, but windy.

Dry and bright in the Tyne Valley, with none of the expected snow. Washing g to do after my weekend away in Glasgow. Not much else planned. DH has day off, so will probably catch up with TV.

The cleaning duo gave the house a good seeing to yesterday so I can potter about doing whatever I fancy today.

Morning all. Icy wind blowing today, rain off and on and very overcast. Glad I have a short walk to work today (I go different places each day) so hopefully I can dodge the wet stuff.
Got to sort out new tv later, the screen on ours packed up and would of been too expensive to replace it.

Bright and breezy in North Norfolk - and still 4C so little chance of snow - yet!

We've got a new sideboard, a little table and TV unit coming this morning to fit with the new sofas. I'm really excited! They're new! Properly new! We'll have a whole room of new furniture for the first time ever! (What does concern me is that we'll have to figure out all the wires for the tv/video/Sky box - that'll be a first too!)

A busy day today with little DGS3 - pre school is closed due to a heating malfunction so Nana and Grampy to the rescue !!
