Grey in North Leicestershire this morning.

I'm on a mercy mission today to look after dd (who has glandular fever compounded by a virus) and DGD1 who only has the virus!

Mild, damp and overcast in Norfolk, but the birdies are all singing their hearts out and seem to think Spring is on it's way.

DiL has been kept in hospital until her BP is back to normal. Apparently she had a bug and was very dehydrated. (She has virtually no large intestine left and goes downhill quicker than most). Hopefully she'll be discharged today.

DGS is at nursery today so we're free to go out to lunch with friends as arranged. I wish nurseries had been more common forty years ago when ours were small. How the world has changed!

Rain has stopped for now in N Kent but plenty more forecast. I have no plans for today, I like days like this.

Back to work and school today, so I will have a few hours alone to get things sorted out for the week ahead.

Bright,sunny and blue sky in Stockport, will it last? Probably not.

Bright and sunny, but with lots of clouds over Tynedale. It's quite windy too. Must try to see a GP about my knee, either today or tomorrow. I have a bit of ironing to do today and general cleaning, but I'm not going to push the vacuum cleaner around very much as walking is painful!

It's misty rain here in our part of Essex. Had to get 'poorly' goodies for our little chicken poxer !
