So today I am putting off hoovering up the feathers that are liberally sprinkled in 3 rooms in the house as a result of our murderous cat (birderer) bringing in a 'gift' late yesterday evening.

And you ...?

Getting dressed!

I hope you thanked him for that `present` . He is just trying to feed his family lol .
I have one who kills birds and one who prefers mice ! I now have a humane trap so I can put the mice back outside as they are never dead !!!!

No time to procrastinate today, I've already been to physio and am now back having brekkie.

Well, that shameful confession of mine made me get off my b**kside and do the hoovering! smile - but mainly because I have waterboard people coming later today!

f77ms Lily (my cat) probably saw the bread I made yesterday and felt sorry for me! Birds usually dead on arrival, but mice nearly always alive!!

Imperfect27 try a humane trap , I have never failed to catch the mouse with mine . It is a dark little tunnel which you put near where the mouse is hiding and they automatically head for it , their weight makes the door shut so you can carry it outside . Ebay !!

Thanks for the tip, I will have a look - have a sneaking suspicion it won't work for the rabbits she also brings in ...

Humane traps never worked here, despite the little treats we put inside, but since we`ve had Mia, not a sign of a mouse.

I'm lying down instead of unpacking my case. I got home last night from staying with my Mum and have no energy today. My mind is full of things I want to do, but starting any of them is a different matter. In a little while maybe. grin

Looking at a pile of paperwork on dining room table that need sorting out I have made a start I moved them from one end to the other grin

I'm hoping my husband is so dazzled by home-made chilli and bread that he won't notice the lack of any other housework today grin grin [

I'm making a crochet poncho instead of doing the ironing. It's a much more pleasant activity.?

We procrastinate over everything these days. Why is it harder to make decisions as one gets older?

Imperfect27 Thu 25-Feb-16 19:29:28

NotTooOld I meant to answer your question earlier today, but, er ...
