I'm up because I'm the other side of the world. It is now 6.35 pm and I shall be cooking supper (salmon fillets with a chilli and lime marinade) shortly, after a long, long day of working in the garden aka wilderness. (It's summer here too.)

Commiserations to anyone who is having trouble sleeping.

I'm not up I'm still bed, just woke up early. Will get up and make a cuppa at 6.

I got woke about 5 this morning..that's good going for me. Got up at 6 made tea and toast played back question time on I player but fell asleep wish I hadn't because it's made me groggy. I'm practicing having a lie-in for when I retire.
