Good morning everyone.
Cold and dry in the Tyne Valley. At eight o'clock the car said 0°c. Washed a bathmat yesterday, and the backing disintegrated! I now have lots of little rubbery bits to clean from the washing machine.

Still cold but no frost here in Stockport. S took me to Sainsbury's yesterday so I did get out of the house and my ex DiL came with the younger C so that was good. Some cooking for the freezer today so a nice warm kitchen.

Still cold and frosty but a lovely sunny day in prospect along with a visit from the oven-cleaner man. He last came 2 years ago so it definitely needs doing again and he's including the extractor fan too this time. Well worth the cost!

Cold and dark in North Leicestershire. I have a meeting in the library (again) and then the school run in Derby. Last time in DD1'S house as they move at the weekend to a bigger one much nearer school.
