Hats off to John Lewis

I find JL very convenient if I want to click and collect because I have a Waitrose close by and can obviously do it for smallish items.

My last washing machine was bought on line from JL and fitted by JL men and I agree, the guarantee is longer than other places.

We also buy from John Lewis, especially things like white goods and laptops. Their service is second to none and they give a longer guarantee than other stores. Worth it for peace of mind. (Waitrose are blooming good too. Do not generally shop there as until very recently there wasn't one for miles. This year I did the Christmas online shop with them. As well as getting £30 off as it was my first order their produce was excellent too. I was very impressed with them).

I buy practically everything from JL, my husband reckoned I keep them in business lol. Their service is second to none and they are always willing to price match. The staff are always pleasant and friendly.
I've just talked myself into another shopping trip?

Thats strange our toaster stopped working on one side the other day.. so annoying , glad you had a good outcome ours is about 18mths so no chance of getting it replaced I'm guessing.

Good to hear, glad JL are still up to scratch. (I still loathed the advert though).

I've seen a few stories about John Lewis of late - all good.

Makes a nice change from big stores disregarding their customers.
