Congratulations Katek. You must be exhausted. I know from experience how much work is involved, but it is fun for those involved as well as the audience. Will you do it again next year? Ours takes place every two years as we are a small village with lots going on.

Too true Luckygirl......all our mistakes have added greatly to our efforts. Non of us are talented....just mad enough to do it. I've always said that the minute we look as if we are actually any good we will loose the good- will of our audience. We are that bad....we are good and yet its so like the wonderful character in 'Shakespeare in Love', played by Geoffrey Rush.....who keeps saying that it will all work out in the end even though he never knows how.

Unfortunately our village Panto is not happening this year....but next year we will be back...zero budget, no talent just blind faith and few inhibitions!

Yours looks amazing Katek.....I do all our costumes and even managed a very deranged looking two-man cow last year complete with enormous papier-mâché head.

These pics are wonderful - well done to everyone! It must all have been such fun.

Our village panto is also great fun - the more mistakes the more fun! It comes to fruition in February.

Fairies pre break!!

Katek Tue 08-Dec-15 11:25:02

.....despite Fairy Blossom breaking her foot! Table tennis table fell on her foot in PE. So we had a fairy on crutches with a big black boot on her foot! She was a real trouper and carried on through five performances with fairy lights on the crutches. After all the trials and tribulations of getting it onto the stage the show went down a storm and we had full houses bar one. Remembered now why I do it!
